The Ranch Hand Legend Bullnose front bumper comes with a black powder coat finish. It does come with install hardware. It will work with the factory fog lights. It has holes for front park assist sensors, but the sensors typically do not function correctly once installed. It has a welded on 2" receiver. It also comes with a 1 year MFG warranty.
