The Fab Fours Black Steel Elite front bumper comes with a flat black powder coat finish. It does come with install hardware. It also comes with a 1 year MFG warranty. This bumper is built to work with the OE fog lights & comes with replacement tow hooks. It will not work with front park assist sensors. If you want them in the bumper, you will have to drill them.
